Keeping in tow with its range of Xpress Music phones, Nokia now proudly gives us the Nokia 5610 Xpress Music. With a name like that, it’s pretty clear that this is a powerful music based phone with great emphasis on making it a dazzling experience for the users. It comes with music-based navigation and features, Bluetooth, PC syncing and a range of call features.
The Nokia 5610 Xpress Music is slightly big in size, weighing 3.9 ounces, but rests comfortably in the hand while talking. The display is bright, with 16 million colours and 2.2 inch screen. The navigation controls are fairly unique, with a slider button replacing dedicated music keys. Although they feel stiff at first, they gradually become easy to use. The 3.2 megapixel camera offers very good photo quality and video recording. The music player is integrated, with support for most formats and many options for music playback. It is simple to transfer music onto the phone and if you get bored with the music, it offers many different games as well. It offers up to 4 hours of talk time and 10 days standby time.
The Nokia 5610 works well as a flashier alternative to the earlier Xpress Music models with added, features but the navigation tools could have been simpler. The camera becomes somewhat slower and limited when using the flash option but otherwise gives good value for its money by making up with the music, a simple and stylish look and the call features department.
